Booking Procedure

- Two documents will be sent by email for your review. Each participant will be asked to sign the "Gator Trails Terms and Conditions" form and the "Participant Waiver" form. All riders over age 16 will sign the "waiver of helmet", but all riders under 16 will be issued a helmet per state law. For participants under age 18, a parent or legal guardian will be asked to sign a participation waiver form.
- Please list the names and ages of all participants in the appropriate boxes below. Include the name and email address of the parent or legal guardian for each minor passenger. All passengers must be at least 6 years of age and fit safely into the seat belt of the vehicle.
- A payment link will then be sent to the primary renter / driver. The date and time will be reserved upon receipt of payment.
